Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although mine was without windows and got warm at night. The balcony room facing the street was noisy in the early morning, starting at 4 am. The service was incredibly helpful and accommodating, particularly when I was ill. The location was very convenient and close to Plaza de Armas. The dining was delicious every morning. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, but due to the lack of fresh air, some noise from the lobby could be heard. The water pressure in the shower was poor, although the room was clean and spacious. The location was excellent, near the Plaza de Armas and a great selection of restaurants. The service was fantastic, especially when they arranged a taxi for my early morning airport transfer. The dining options were delicious with lots of variety, although there were concerns about the cleanliness of the peeled fruits. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I absolutely loved my stay at this character-filled and quirky hotel just a stone's throw away from Plaza des Armes. The room was lovely and large, boasting a couple of quaint balconies perfect for enjoying the ambiance or storing your boots. With soft single beds, ample hot water, and impeccable cleanliness, it was a peaceful retreat with no noise from neighboring rooms. However, the overpowering air freshener near the front desk was a bit off-putting.
